Hi, I’m Denise Candelario, a real estate professional with a servant’s heart and a passion for advocating and educating clients during one of life’s most significant transitions—moving. My journey into real estate was inspired by my personal experiences as a military wife. After many relocations and the challenges of finding homes without guidance, I discovered my purpose: helping others navigate the often stressful process of moving with clarity, care, and confidence.

With over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 150 families find their perfect homes. I am certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and have a deep understanding of the unique needs of military families, first-time homebuyers, and those leading transient lifestyles.

San Antonio has been my home for over 14 years, and I absolutely love this vibrant city. As someone who has settled here after my husband’s retirement from the Air Force, I know the ins and outs of the area. Before real estate, I spent years as a teacher—a role that shaped my approach to real estate. My background in education honed my skills in communication, organization, and advocacy, enabling me to guide clients through the biggest purchase of their lives with a streamlined and stress-free process.

I’ve been married for 33 years and have three grown children. Originally from the Bronx, NY, I now live in an intergenerational household in San Antonio, where I enjoy spending time with my family and our beloved dogs.
